GEODIS Ethics Committee

GEODIS Ethics Committee, set up in 2010, informs and guides GEODIS decisions on ethics and compliance matters and develops a program for ensuring group-wide application of the principles set out in GEODIS Ethics Charter.

Main missions of GEODIS Ethics Committee:

  • Determines the ethical principles that will guide decision-making and the way in which business is conducted;
  • Oversees effective information of the principles set out in the Ethics Charter, throughout the organization and among the Group's business partners;
  • Recommends and oversees effective implementation of updates to the GEODIS ethics and compliance program (procedures, training, communications, etc.), and ensures it remains fully consistent with GEODIS values;
  • Answers questions on ethics and compliance matters.

Composition of GEODIS Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is chaired by CEO Marie-Christine Lombard and its other members, who include several members of the Management Board, are appointed on the basis of their understanding of and interest in ethics matters.
