The 3 levels

Geodis offers its customers and prospects supply chain-oriented logistics services at three levels:

- Upstream advice and advanced oversight:
Geodis makes available to its customers its know-how in network design, modeling, sharing of experience, etc. to jointly define the logistics scheme that best optimizes their supply chain.

- Oversight of activities related to the execution of transport and logistics:

Delegation to Geodis from all or part of the customer's supply chain. This approach includes the flow of related information to enable the customer to oversee its supply chain through performance reporting so as to make corrections and provide for constant optimization in real time, affording better visibility.

- Execution of all or part of logistics services at the national and European levels:
upstream multi-modal transport, pre-production logistics, inter-site flow management, post-production logistics, delayed differentiation processes, distribution, etc. The customer's lines of business may call for one or several logistics chain services; Geodis is one of the only European groups to offer them all.

The purpose of this three-level system
Support our customers in their operational performance objectives, both on their domestic and international markets. To accomplish this, Geodis makes available to them, based on the configuration of their business, all of its sector- and country-specific knowledge.

This organizational approach has but a single goal: satisfy our customers, as well as their customers. This goal is shared by all of Geodis's associates and partners and is enriched each day as we listen to our customers.
