At the strategic level :
Establishment of a logistics master plan in conjunction with our customer's teams: assessment of the existing supply chain and drafting of recommendations to facilitate the tasks of oversight and execution.
At the tactical level :
Definition, implementation and oversight of supply chain sub-processes, such as management of transport, sourcing, warehousing and distribution (4PL approach) based on the logistic strategy defined by the customer.
At the operational level :
Sector expertise for business process reengineering (BPR) of existing processes.
This reengineering of processes can take place at three levels :
at the (sales) projection level: demand management to facilitate the preparation of the industrial and commercial plan (PIC) and/or the distribution plan (DRP)
At the planning level: design of a master production schedule (PDP), warehouse management) and upstream and downstream transportation
oversight, short-term monitoring and advance action plans (order management - production - distribution - transportation plan, track & trace) Production - workshop scheduling - execution follow-up - Distribution - Warehouse Management, Transportation Management/ Plan de Transport, Track & Trace-)

Methodology and resources
Two configurations are possible: an all-Geodis intervention team or, based on needs, a mixed team of associates from Geodis and an outside firm In the second case, Geodis retains oversight with regard to project management to protect the interests of its customer.
