"...When they take on a project or work on an account, they really put all their effort into it..." |
When I joined the Group, in July 1990, my aim was to add new strings to my bow. Over the years I have worked as Customer Services manager for Departures, a claims manager and, more recently, methods correspondent, which is now my full-time role. I couldn't have hoped for more!
My job involves taking part in the implementation of new procedures and improving day-to-day services using IT tools.
When I'm at work I'm determined and persevering: both qualities I see in my other female colleagues. When they take on a project or work on an account, they really put all their effort into it.
I do like working in a mixed environment because I feel that, as men and women, we complement each other. |
