I have been working in Freight Forwarding Industry since I finished my studies in 1993. I joined Geodis in January 2003 and I am glad to be part of this Group.

My authority as a manager is not undermined in any way by the fact that I am a woman. I believe I possess the qualities required to manage the business and teams working on the site. My day-to-day concerns are to solve any inter-personal issues, and to persevere in seeking the source of problems and finding the best solutions.

This human focus and the meticulous way in which we do our jobs may be the added value that women can offer. As the site manager, I consider myself to be a kind of mother figure: I have to treat all the employees equally and not sideline anyone encountering difficulties.
