It was never my goal to work in packaging for Geodis… It was totally by chance that I came upon the site while walking through the industrial estate near my home last year.

I met some of the employees and they told me about job openings there.Working in the warehouse can be quite physical but the women do the same job as the men. I used to do a lot of sport when I lived in the Democratic Republic of Congo so I'm in good shape. This comes in handy when it comes to keeping up with my male colleagues.

As women, our ability to adapt and our precision help make things run more efficiently. Plus, when my team leader is a woman, I appreciate her understanding of just how tough this job can be.
