In May 2006 I joined Geodis Ireland as a Human Resource Officer having previously worked in the Consultancy Sector.
Since then I have developed an understanding of the Geodis Group by working closely with both Department Managers and Key Personnel. This has helped me to effectively complete all the various aspects of my role within a busy HR department of a major supply chain company.

Within Geodis Ireland 20% of the workforce are Women and a number of them hold key positions within the Company. It is evident that women are able to lead successful teams and contribute to the overall company strategy.

As a male dominated Industry I believe the opportunities for Women have never been better and I can definitely say that at Geodis it is not your gender that matters but how you perform.
