I started out in 1989 as a sales executive for the Overseas division. From there I moved to managing flows to Latin America and finally took charge of sales activities for the Large-Scale Projects division in 1992. My job involves carrying out studies and managing research for calls for tender before signing the deal.
In my opinion, the cultural mix is one of the best things about what I do. After I was appointed to this position, my relationship with my colleagues has continued to be positive.
I don't think there are any differences left between men and women today. It is now increasingly common to see a woman playing a major role in all lines of work. They have the personality and the sensitivity required to maintain a good working atmosphere. |
