I joined the business development department in 2000 as manager and was appointed director of the Polish office in 2003. I build Geodis’ Poland strategy, decide of its development and management in line with directives from head office. As site manager, I'm also in charge of our transport, distribution and logistics operations.
These days, in our sector, paying attention to the specific details of a logistics project or account is essential as they can make or break an operation. In my opinion, women can be extremely beneficial here as they often have a keen eye for the details that change everything.
I work with customers from a range of different sectors, which provides me with a more rounded view of the business and consequently with an opportunity to improve our offer. The transportation sector brings its fair share of challenges every day and you just have to deal with them. It's very exciting! |
