Commerce
Sales Assistant Performs secretarial duties for sales, informs and advises customers. Is responsible for tracking customer files, administrative follow-up of sales visits, opening and closing customer accounts, tracking and updating customer files. Runs price simulations and prepares sales statistics. Rigour, organisation, a commitment to service, and with excellent people skills are the key requirements for this position
Account Executive With a business degree and experience in the sale of consulting and/or services, the candidate should have a solid knowledge of the product range, the market and the competition. Able to convince and create long-term commercial relationships to develop existing accounts, ensure customer loyalty and find new customers. Works closely with operations and ensures our customers receive optimal quality of service.
Regional Sales Manager A veritable deputy to the Regional Manager for commercial activities, the successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the branch and regional portfolios (customers and prospects) as well as of products and the competition. Helps to conceive, set up, and/or develop all new services or sales optimisation tools. Works closely with Branch Managers to ensure the optimisation of the sales force through information, training, tracking, and motivation (reporting). Transmits and enforces the national sales policy, using regional support structures (Quality Assurance Managers, Regional Computer Correspondents) and national structures (Sales and Marketing Departments). Accounting/Management/Finance
Financial and Administrative Director With a degree in accounting and knowledge of the transportation industry, assists the Regional Manager with the region's accounting and finance. Consolidates branch budgets and accounts. Prepares financial statements and tax declarations. Is responsible for tracking investments and fixed assets, verifying operating and financial reports, and tracking the region's treasury. Also assists the branches. Rigour, good people and organisational skills are required to succeed in this position.
Branch Manager
Branch Manager Manages a profit centre and has extensive operational autonomy. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this transportation professional supervises and ensures optimal operations in terms of quality, cost control, and team productivity. Leads the team and ensures the commercial development of the branch. Ensures that the branch applies the various regulations. The candidate's qualities as a manager, charismatic and dynamic nature, and in-depth knowledge of labour regulations ensures the cohesion and motivation of the branch's teams.
Operations
Charterer Performs chartering operations (for partial or complete batches) on behalf of the branch's customers or of the production department while applying current regulations. A transportation technician, the candidate's qualities in negotiating and organising, commitment to customer service, and availability are the key requirements for this position.
Driver (Light Duty Vehicle or Heavy Goods Vehicle) As the company's ambassador to customers, the driver makes deliveries and pick-ups, reports problems during loading or unloading and forwards sales information. The driver also checks on the correct operation of the vehicle and ensures the safety of the merchandise. A commitment to service, team spirit and people skills are the keys to success in this position.
Operations Manager The right-hand man to the Branch Manager, ensuring the quality of service, the Operations Manager organises the work and production of the branch while applying current regulations. Tracks management rations and manages the transportation plan. A sound knowledge of transport regulations, availability, people and management skills are the keys to success in this position.
Trucking Manager With knowledge of the geographical region and transport regulations, the Trucking Manager is responsible for organising the delivery and pick-up rounds and managing the driver teams. Ensures that deadlines are met, optimises the use of human and material resources and respects current legislation and regulations. A good sense of organisation, responsiveness, adaptability, and management skills are major advantages.
Computers
Regional IT Correspondent This position requires IT skills and knowledge of computer technology. Reports to the Regional Manager and ensures the optimal operation of the information system. Supervises data security in compliance with procedures and trains users on hardware and software. Guards against, logs, notifies, and resolves system malfunctions. Reports to the MIS of the Groupage Division at the functional level. Monitors and relays the national IT policy. Strong people skills and an aptitude for customer service are required to succeed in this position.
Quality
Quality Assurance Manager With extensive field experience and strong people skills, the candidate is a vital link in the company's regional quality programme. With training in quality and experience as an internal auditor, the successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager and will coordinate, schedule, and monitor quality actions in the region's branches. A natural relay point for quality between branches, the region, and the Quality Manager, the candidate will enforce the national quality policy. Rigour, the ability to listen, and a dynamic attitude are required to succeed in this position.
Quality Assurance Correspondent Along with the Branch Manager, the candidate will be responsible for setting up and ensuring optimal operation of the quality assurance system in the branch. With training in quality assurance, the Correspondent will ensure that quality procedures are applied and will monitor quality indicators. He or she will provide training to branch personnel. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, the Correspondent will play an active role in finding solutions to any problems that arise. Human ress sources
Regional Human Resource Manager Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional HR Manager will have in-depth knowledge of labour laws and human resource management techniques in order to act as a relay and to enforce the national human resource policy. Responsible for managing employees' careers, monitoring payroll, preparing and implementing the training programme, tracking and analysing key regional indicators (payroll, headcount, absenteeism, etc.). The ability to communicate, diplomacy, the ability to listen and negotiation skills make the Manager a key contact for Branch Managers.
SAV/Service Clients
Customer Service Manager Responsible for the information provided to customers, the Customer Service Manager has detailed knowledge of the transportation business and commercial regulations. Attentive to customer needs, he or she will handle any problems that arise during transportation (definition of problems, identification of causes). The Manager will monitor quality of service and will manage and coordinate corrective actions in collaboration with operations and the sales team. Strong people skills, responsiveness, rigour and availability will enable the successful candidate to create trusting relationships with customers.
