Renewal of Pierre Blayau's appointment
At the Annual General Meeting held today, shareholders adopted all the proposed resolutions by a very large majority.
During the meeting held immediately after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors renewed Pierre Blayau's appointment as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for a further six years, corresponding to his term as director.
