Typhoon Mangkhut hit Hong Kong and Southern part of China over the weekend.

Although the Typhoon is now gone, and Airport and Terminal are reporting a gradual return to scheduled operations from today, Monday, 17 September, operations disruptions and delays are expected because of consequent backlogs and badly impacted road traffic.
